Avocado Toast with Tomato & Feta

Looking to switch up breakfast every now and then? Try spreading 1/2 of a ripe avocado on two slices of whole wheat toast.

Top it with some juicy tomatoes, feta and scallion. SO good. It’s also a super healthy snack.

Heart healthy fats, fiber and protein = satisfying breakfast that will hold you until lunch. Add a couple eggs on the side and a glass of OJ for a bigger breakfast.

Avocado on Toast

1/2 avocado

2 slices whole wheat toast

1 oz feta cheese

4 slices tomato

1 scallion, chopped

– Spread on your avocado and top with tomato, feta and scallion.

Calories: 370 Total Fat: 18g Saturated Fat: 6g Carbohydrates: 46g Fiber: 10g Protein: 14g

This meal is also high in vitamin A, B-vitamins, calcium, folate and iron.
