Sprinkled with a little ground flax, wheat germ and cinnamon, this nutrient packed breakfast will get your morning off to a productive start.
Morning Cottage Bowl
1 cup fat free cottage cheese, small curd
2 tsp cinnamon
1 TBS ground flax seed
2 TBS wheat germ
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
Sprinkle of mixed sunflower seeds and pepitas
Sprinkle the cinnamon, flax and wheat germ over the cottage cheese and mix in.
Throw on the fruit and nuts.
Add a little honey if you like it sweeter.
