Pumpkin strikes again! This time, I’m mixing my Peanut Butter Pumpkin Dip (which is ah-mazing if you don’t know anything about it) with Greek yogurt, strawberries and pumpkin seeds. This is a great protein packed snack or uber healthy desert.

Pumpkin Spice Parfait
Serves 1
1/2 cup Peanut Butter Pumpkin Dip
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt (or vanilla)
Handful of strawberries, chopped
Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds (or other nut)
1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp nutmeg
Layer ingredients into cup or bowl as desired and enjoy.
*Add a little honey for a healthier sweetener if needed.
