OK – so here’s the Tahini Sauce recipe I promised you. This stuff works magic with those edamame patties I made earlier this week.
This stuff couldn’t get any simpler and it’s a healthy alternative to those not-so-healthy white sauces out there.
Tahini. Water. Lemon Juice. Garlic. Salt. Parsley.
Pretty easy, right?
Let’s do it…
Tahini Sauce
Makes ~1 cup (16 TBS, 1 TBS per serving)
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice + 2 TBS
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend away until smooth. You may want to play around with the ingredients to find the flavor you like best. That’s what I did
- Enjoy!
